The inner box had a 1.5" tear but the FitBit Inspire 3 looked good. Had to charge it (up to 97%), update the app, and it's good; no glitches. Two days later, battery's at 72%, Still haven't heard back from the seller re the question I had, though, before purchasing it.

I have an old phone and refuse to upgrade it cuz it still works. This fitbit only works with newer iphones. This seller was great in understanding and I received a refund very promptly.
