And when it arrived the box was heavily damaged as it was in a bag for some reason and not a box to protect it? And the model itself was clearly not new and was missing paint on it, had paint on it on the incorrect spots and the main centre piece was leaning badly to one side. After asking for a refund the seller tried to convince me "This picture is literally what you get".
