What I didn’t expect was for the toy to be infested with mildew. I contacted the seller and tried to request a partial refund as I attempted to salvage the toy. Seller claims the toy was “clean” and had no smell when they shipped it but their own photos show it was filthy. Seller has dodged any kind of responsibility, blaming the box they shipped it in for the smell and even alluded to me lying about the smell.
