Some of the clear plastic screws are defective - unable to thread. Sprayed WD40 in the leg tubes to make them slide. Had to screenshot the ad to see how to apply the harness part. Edges of the leg holes cut into the dog’s groin. Limit amount of time dog is in there. Vendor shipped promptly & it arrived intact. Recommend anyone considering this pet wheelchair investigate other brands

Instead, her back legs are paralyzed and she was starved over a two year period. The Rescue did receive it, but she isn’t strong enough to use it.

With confusion in the shipment, I called FedEx. They said there's nothing they could do, since it had the same tracking. I contacted this seller. Their automated reply was to wait. FedEx brought this days later with no explanation why it was separate.
