    I placed my order Friday morning and they did not ship till Tuesday. One shade guide was broken. I am worried about the quality and how long the second shade guide will last. I requested for fast shipping for replacement. Seller said, today is Friday but he can’t ship until Tuesday and It will take another 2-8 business days. I was expecting better service and priority shipping as they sent broken shade guide. Customer service is not great and I am also concerned about quality.

    For the damaged one, we have given you a full refund. I am sorry that sometimes we cannot control the sudden accidents in transit.When you confirm that you need to resend it, it is already Friday night. As the warehouse is closed on weekends and you need to receive it on Tuesday, we cannot guarantee it.
