    I ordered a 40kv power supply as the listing said there were 4 available. The seller then contacted me asking to submit a cancel request on my end so I could get a refund as they had a transaction defect on their end...they basically held my refund hostage to avoid a negative mark as an eBay seller...

    On this purchase it stated "This price includes applicable duties and fees - you won’t pay anything extra after checkout." well I had to pay duties/fees to get the package. When it arrived it was broken from insufficient packaging...AND...it was a 30kv power supply when I had clearly ordered a 40kv power supply. Extra fees, broken, wrong item. 3 strikes one purchase. To add insult to injury the seller only wants to do a partial refund?!? No good...NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Period.
