One of the buttons on the back rest was hanging down its hard to pull the foot rest up and down if you lean back hard in the chair while putting the foot rest up it tips over because of the the base that turns just don't jump in hard and its ok the remote works great. Overall its a good chair for money you pay for it . I'm thinking this chair will last 5 plus years .
