I researched e bikes for a year and made the decision that the E26 had the features I wanted at the right price. Seller had a great deal and had great communication, answered question quickly. Bike quality is fantastic, with very good fit and finish. Bike fits nicely on my Khule RV bike rack. I like the bike bike so much I plan on buying another for my wife. Will buy extra battery and rear cargo rack bag.

I was not happy about that, I contacted the seller they responded quickly to let me know that my scooter was not delayed in shipping. Box was damaged and mirror was cracked, however that was not on the seller, I watched the FedEx driver drop my package from the back of his truck in my driveway. I did not contact the seller for a replacement mirror, it's not that big of a deal for me.
