    This puzzle was missing a few pieces even though the box was sealed - I guess it came that way from the manufacturer. Although very disappointing Joshua worked with me and offered me a different puzzle to replace this one. I was very appreciative of this. I received my new puzzle yesterday and am looking forward to completing that one!! Thanks Joshua for being so flexible and understanding.
