So far have ground about 60 welds cooling the bit and surface down after each one with a spray bottle of soapy water and a rag. The main one I'm using is still going strong with no chips or breaks. I'm using a Milwaukee M18 die grinder and this combination just goes through the welds like butter. Definitely would recommend these!
