    Spend a bit more not worth it

    Functional? but low quality optics, poor light transmission and always slightly out of focus blurry image. Definitely not fog or water proof!! I have barska Blackhawk binoculars that are great I bought these to have a smaller more convenient pair expecting similar quality but no such luck.
