    Great experience with this seller. While packing the item they discovered a previously unnoticed repair on the sweater and offered me the option of canceling my order or a partial refund. I really appreciated how honest and proactive she was! I opted for the partial refund, and the sweater is still beautiful and soft. It was packaged well, too. Shipping was a little slower than expected, but I think that was on USPS, not the seller (who shipped it promptly). Thank you!

    Exactly as described. Excellent condition. Fast shipping. Seller is very responsive to messages. Will purchase from this seller again in the future. My only complaint is that when you order two or more items, the shipping is essentially the same. Combined shipping on 2 items only saved me $1.22, where other sellers have combined the shipping of 2 sweaters for the price of one. These are tiny, lightweight sweaters that fit in a small envelope, so the combined shipping discount is disappointing.
