    The item is lovely and exactly as described and I have been looking for it for some time, so was excited to get it. It was packaged very well, so it arrived safely and without any damage. The only downside is that it was not shipped for over a week from when I paid (which was immediately) & I did end up having to contact the seller to ask why it wasn't shipped & then I also had to contact ebay since it still wasn't shipped. Hence neutral rating.

    First time I've ever left negative feedback since joining eBay over 25 years ago. Seller listed an Elvis concert poster as "original," but was in fact an obvious reproduction once it arrived. I politely let the seller know the poster was a reproduction and instead of apologizing, she blamed me for not knowing it was a reproduction from her photos. Had to have eBay step in after 7 days of silence after requesting a return label.
