    I received the item with noticeable stains and physical damage, including a crack in the snapback and a flimsy hat bill. While most of the stains came out after one cleaning, some are still visible and will require further effort. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel confident purchasing anything valuable from this seller. (The photos were taken after the initial cleaning.)

    A used hat under $20 (after $6.50 shipping) shouldn't be held to museum standards. I do my best to describe and price items fairly. I don't see the stains you're referencing. For future reference, it’s more effective to message me directly than post dramatic feedback. I’m always happy to work with buyers—especially when it’s over a low-cost, used item. If you're after perfection, the “new with tags” section might be more your style.
