I was able to assemble the pole structure alone but needed help stretching the fencing around the structure. All parts and instructions were inclosed. I do not advise purchasing this product for a large, active dog unless you plan to purchase more substantial fencing. The flimsy fencing is adequate for my granddaughter’s 2 ducks but a little weak for dogs!
