    USB 3.0 ports on a 2008 MacBook? Is it possible? I had my doubts that this would work with a 2008 MBP 17" (running Monterey under OCLP). But it does, and it works a treat, fully three times faster than the Mac's built-in USB 2.0 ports! Impressive. Delivery was excellent too. Under two weeks from the UK to my door in Canada. Anything ordered from the states takes WAY longer!

    After much testing, this ExpressCard34 USB3 adapter works just as advertised in my MacBook Pro 17" Late 2011. The packaging was good, and the driver provided by the seller worked perfectly. I can confirm that the ExpressCard/driver work with all of my USB3 flash drives from OS X v10.8 Mountain Lion all the way up to macOS 14 Sonoma. Good seller!
