    Overall a great product. Install only takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you connect your Bluetooth, you’re pretty much set. Apple CarPlay connects within a few seconds of starting the vehicle. Fit and finish of the head unit is seamless and looks better than stock. And the audio maintained its stock sound quality. It’s durable material and the touch screen is responsive and has a clear image. I’m pleased with the purchase and they have great customer support.

    Communication was great at first. The item was delivered as scheduled. During install, the wiring didn't match. With pictures sent, they said that it wouldn't work, even though it was for this radio. Then when I mentioned refund/return, they stated that it wasn't beneficial for them to do that, and I should sell it on my own, to get reimbursement. I contacted eBay, and they approved and started the return/refund. Not a great customer service tactic with this seller. You've been warned !¡!
