Best kept Secret.
I've been taking this product for years and recently stopped to see if I noticed any change and one can never be sure but the aches and pains seemed to re-appear in the joints so I've started taking again and maybe it's just in my head but the aches seem to have left. Since the product helps with lactic acid build up and inflammation I am going to give it credit for doing a good job.
