The keys are a somewhat faulty with the volume erratically fluxuating (glitchy) at times during a keypress- playable but has noticable quality issues. The headphones are unsuable garbage- wasted plastic. I will say: the piano is very pretty, condition sturdy enough, and I love the covering fabric that came with it. It may be worth the price for casual players that dont mind some hiccups.

Of my claim and understood, I did look at the package only a few minor scratches on the end of the case. Even though? The package was damaged. Severely seller has refunded my money and did not have to do such. He was very good and positive. Great communication. I have had a stroke and take a little while longer to get back to him.
