    According to the ad, I ordered shoes that were 9. I was sent 7 medium. I had to contact the seller to insist they refund the price and shipping. They did so, but did not refund th $6.50 I had to pay to send them back. Before the refund, the seller asked if I could keep the shoes. It was ridiculous. So a neutral response.

    1st. I told her to KEEP THE SHOES and DO NOT have to send them back. She stated that she cant use them so she sending them back. As good faith I sent full refund as per requested even before receiving them hem back (shipping included)_ which policy states refund once received REFUND IS AUTHORIZED ) STILL THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SHOES BACK. .Mistakes happen some of us are not professionals.> I do work out any issues before giving feedback.
