When the seller packaged the jacket it was wrapped very tightly in a bag. Unfortunately the only way to get it open was to cut the package. I did that very carefully, but ended up cutting the material of the jacket. I asked the seller for a replacement because the packaging was not very good but they refused. Just be very careful when opening the packages from this seller.
