Didn’t have the nail trimmer attachment in the box but maybe I misread that part. the vacuum system is not quiet, even on low. Everything does function as it should after a quick attempt trying it. None of my dogs, even my older dog that can barely hear, tolerate the vacuum. They all get brushed frequently, 2 of them have been going to groomer all of their lives. 4 & 9 year old. I do like upholstery brush Works well!
