    Instead of brand new with tag blouse advertised, they delivered different style blouse with no tags that appears worn and laundered. No seller communication. Blouse advertised as located in New Jersey, but package has Texas address and return shipping label has California address. 2nd tracking number pasted over original, but I uncovered. Now I discover seller is from China. Perhaps I should have the postal service investigate this for postal fraud?
