    The mixer I purchased was as described and what I wanted. It was carefully packed. Unfortunately, the motor was packed upside down in the box, so the weight of it was on the plastic handle, and was only wrapped in newspaper to cushion it. The handle was broken into several pieces. I was extremely disappointed. The box show no signs of rough treatment. I contacted the seller, who asked me for a picture. I said I didn't have a cell phone, and was unable to send one. Never heard from him again.

    It’s not true that I did not respond after you said you did not have a cell phone to take and send a picture. I politely requested that you ask a friend or someone else to take a picture and upload for you. It’s perfectly reasonable for me to request viewable proof of the damage to verify the situation. Very disappointed that your immediate response was to post a negative review instead of working with me in a solution.
