    Originally I was not totally happy with the item delivery. There was a considerable amount of discoloration and heavy cracking on the plastic pieces not shown in pics. Reached out to seller. Apologized, and checked with packaging personnel. Offered a decent partial refund. In the end, the shoe is still wearable and the seller made the appropriate accommodations. Very good business.
