These must have been sitting for a very long time. Each battery had less than 0.7volts. Before sending back as defective, I tried a trick I have used in the past on batteries that will not charge due to voltage low cut off . Take a good battery that is charged and connect in parallel, this will give enough volts for charger, hope this saves buyers and seller future issue
