I personally love this rubber hose for cutting up and making small hoses. The rubber holds up well too curves, bins and abs, and is easy to splice in a new fitting. The price was right and the item I'm sure was packaged correctly, however the shipping company looks like they threw it off of roof, I contacted seller through messages and they've offered me 10% returned due to the scratches and broken plastic housing. Great experience, minus the shipping carrier (come on FedEx, do better)!!!! They may right the shipper's mistake
