Actual cone was not new and contained only 900g. When I pointed this out to the seller and asked for a partial refund, they doubled down and pointed to some photos from the listing that showed the item on a scale. Fair enough: Caveat emptor. I fairly offered a proportional refund based on the cone weight, which was refused. The buyer is misrepresenting our communication.
