        Good buy, needed some work to get going

        It was obviously a new but store used printer. It would not print when I received it. The ink had already been installed. I had to clean the heads 4 times before the color would work. If I didn't know to do this I would have sent it back.

        Not what I hoped for.

        The print quality is not very good. If you want a good print you have to use the photo program and select best quality. I was very disappointed that the normal print program doesn't have a selection between Best, Normal and Draft print functions. The default setting gives a very substandard print, especially when the page is mostly black and there are a few lines in color. The color lines are barely readable. I am disappointed in this product but will probably keep it because of the low cost for ink.

        Item purchased did not mention it was used.

        The printer came with the ink tanks full. I had to clean the heads several times to get it to work. Very difficult setting up wifi. Don't know if its my printer or the computer. Finally got it to work with a usb cable. It now works to my satisfaction.
