Delivered in three boxes, almost a hundred pounds each in good condition. Directions say assemble roof section on ground then lift to install uprights you need at least 4 strong people to lift and 1 to insert uprights. I put the frame together then installed the roof panels. (one person, 2 days about 5 hour each day )

I'll buy from them again and recommend the filter too.
