    eBay assistance was needed to complete transaction. In aessage seller told me he would accept $40 as payment for all 3 items and was going to update shipping method to beingore cost effective. I I did not receive a special offer toaych the terms we agreed to. To move things along as I wanted the items to arrive before a cold spell I sent an offer with the terms previously agreed to. The seller allowed the offer to expire. eBay assisted so 2md offer was accepted with incorrect shipping method
