    Great detector, has almost no false alerts especially after firmware update. Very quiet detector. It will learn and lock out false alarms, great feature. The display is not very bright during the day but audio and voice alert are plenty to provide adequate warnings. Easy to use and set up.

    There is no radar signal DNA that mentioned in forums because it gives alerts to every single Ka band signal

    It can't mark false Ka signals locations, it can only mark location of false K and X Band signals. So you will get always alert on every Ka signal. Especially if only Ka Band frequencies are used for radar in your country like me, then this detector is very expensive for unused functions.

    Been using this product for years, never fails!

    I received a speeding ticket at 17, and had I received one more before I was 21, my license would've been suspended. This product was recommended to me by a friend who is a HUGE car guru, and I have yet to be disappointed. I drive a convertible with the music blaring and even while driving on the highway with the roof down, you are still able to hear the chimes. I am not very tech savvy, but the manual is very easy to read and the detector itself is simple to use. Well worth the money when held in comparison to other radar detectors!!

    Passport made one of the best radar detectors, and they were simple, the Max is less than the original tell you by voice you are over the speed limit, like you really need to here this tells you various bands like you really need to know this the only thing you really need is the light bar So they may have put too many thing on the alert probably should have bought a older one for less
