Unfortunately I need a seat. This is the upgraded model that doesn't come with a seat. So I initiated a return but I come to find out that I have to pay for the return. I don't have the money for that. So I canceled the return to find out that you can't re-initiate a return in the future. So now I'm stuck with a scooter that I can't use.

I was not happy about that, I contacted the seller they responded quickly to let me know that my scooter was not delayed in shipping. Box was damaged and mirror was cracked, however that was not on the seller, I watched the FedEx driver drop my package from the back of his truck in my driveway. I did not contact the seller for a replacement mirror, it's not that big of a deal for me.
