I dropped item off and assumed it would handled correctly. I’m guessing it wasn’t or did buyer just damage box to try and get a refund? I don’t know but I will be putting everything in a box for now on. Lesson learned. Also the “small” refund was around 30% of what I collected, I thought was really fair and undoubtedly buyer did too cause he accepted it without hesitation so I don’t quite get the negative feedback! Don’t recommend buyer!
