    Not as described

    This makes some weird noises that don't sound like cookie monster at all - hello and bye bye. My best guess is teletubbies noises?? It also doesn't move at all. It looks like the sound box was replaced and it was put back in the box to look new. Also, the eyes have marks on them which tells me it's used.
