The seller made an odd accusation of the wrong shipping label? Then told me I “waited” 10 days to communicate a request to return the item. I travel for work and don’t always get to the Postal Annex right away. Seller assumed bad intentions on my part. Ultimately, I cancelled the return because I was able to clean the vintage Barbie dress and top with Dawn dish soap and a toothbrush. What happened during shipping wasn't even my fault. They could've simply used common sense& tried cleaning it first if they really wanted the item but, they canceled before Ebay could take action.They failed to properly disclose details of the issue entirely when I pointed out the 10 day waiting&the photo they provided of the dress also contained a part of a ripped mailer with a UPS logo.There is a difference between assuming and accusation.
