    Bike arrived quickly and only needed to install pedal, seat post and handlebar. Tires required air and battery charged for about 4 hours. Otherwise, the bike was ready to ride. I did perform a few upgrades, replacing brakes to 180mm rotors, mechanical-hydraulic calipers, replaced seat post and added a childseat. Had to change control parameters for higher speed and less sensitive pedal requiring password from manufacturer. Customer service responded within 2 days. Happy w/bike and service

    This is a really nice ebike, everything works like it should, it was packaged perfectly with no damage and it was pretty much already assembled except the set, the right pedal and handle bar, the battery was fully charged, top speed is 27.8 almost 28. I have rode this bike for hours in pedal assist 1 and the battery is still full, I very pleased and will be buying another one soon
