I get a lot of mileage but not what they claim, and yes I did pedal a lot to see what it's capable of. It's built pretty rugged and does ok on dirt roads or pavement. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. The company was very courteous and professional when shipping was delayed for whatever reason. The price was great and I would buy it again.

I have rode this bike for hours in pedal assist 1 and the battery is still full, I very pleased and will be buying another one soon

Tires required air and battery charged for about 4 hours. Otherwise, the bike was ready to ride. I did perform a few upgrades, replacing brakes to 180mm rotors, mechanical-hydraulic calipers, replaced seat post and added a childseat. Had to change control parameters for higher speed and less sensitive pedal requiring password from manufacturer. Customer service responded within 2 days. Happy w/bike and service
