      Seemingly always finicky, on initial install, the wall switch worked, but not the transmitter. First cleared the memory, then followed instructions on the back of the unit. It received the transmitter code. BUT door would not open/close. Tried it again and again. Then after last programming of transmitter, just pressed the purple button again---worked. Didn't mention that on the box. Maybe in the more detailed instructions. THE seller offered to send me a new one right away after first contact.
