I had a pile of quarters and started playing this slot machine. I hit a jackpot as shown on the rewards card and it did not pay out, nor the bell ring. I emailed seller, there reply was it was working when we sent it. It's a sturdy little machine, can't imagine shipping would cause it to malfunction. I emailed the 2nd time to work out some kind of deal, no reply.
