But charged me $5.20 for shipping, placed item in a padded envelope, and put $0.97 postage, which would be right for a flat envelope/card, not a small figurine in a padded envelope. Post Office would not give me the package until I paid the $4.68 that seller underpaid. Contacted seller and response was “some places are oblivious to eBay labels” but did refund the $4.68.
