    He clearly claims not to take refunds, so there's no point in doing anything but leaved the well-deserved negative feedback. Seller represented this LP as new, and since I have a policy of only buying new records I was comfortable. However this LP is far, far from new. The sleeve is effectively destroyed, and the vinyl is a ballet in scratches and pops. The seller clearly, and with intent, falsely rated this LP to justify the high price. He's a thief, nothing more.
