    While the seller shipped this converter fast, I was disappointed by the performance of the item. While playing back music, "clicks" are repeatedly heard. Swapping the optical cable and the usb power adapter with spares not remedy the issue. That was when I decided to read the manual and noted spec'd bit rate. A modulated 48 "Hz" bit rate is rather low for listening to music. The rate needs to be doubled if not higher.. No fault of the seller, but wished the spec was published elsewhere.
