    Issues: 1) slowest possible delivery used, 2nd class untracked 2) didn’t arrived within predicted time frame(one week) 3) when asked for a refund said it had been delivered, (how that is possible with an untracked package I’m unsure, 4) when asked to provide proof, e.g signed note, picture on the door stop, they did not 5) finally delivered had the cheek to ask for positive feedback.
