Definitely not New in open box for testing as I was led to believe in the description. I contacted the seller to exchange the product and he told me that I was not a professional and didn't know what I was doing. He didn't even know how I was able to take it apart. He offerd a deal on another one I started a return and EBAY gave me a refund in less than 24 hours.
