I believe it was with the shipping company but the seller was very quick to assist me and make it right. I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase.       item wasn’t secured with any protection in the box, it was just thrown in with no padding or stuffing. the top was also covered in a really thick layer of dust which was a bit icky & unexpected. i do wish for the price point i paid the item would be packaged better & cleaned from dust. there is a slight dent in the box but i am unsure if it’s from transit or if it was always in that condition, it’s hard to tell in the pictures from the listing. anyways im happy to have received my item.
