        Just received the bose ultra open earbuds they came broken the left one doesn't work only the right side works, I personally went to a Best buy store to find out what was wrong with it, found out what I bought are fake and they are broken they can not do anything about them. I would not recommend to buy from this saler (NEWSTARTELECTR )they sell fake merchandise and they send you broken items. Un satisfied consumer I hope no one buys from them
