      Disappointed!

      I bought the product with high hopes thinking it was a good bargain. But it turns out, it does not give accurate results. The balls coming at 67-68 mph registered only 54-55 mph. Total waste of my money!!

      It doesn't work well at all. Watched several videos to try to get it to work better. Definitely was a used item or damaged inside somehow. Only reads about 1 out 10 balls. Also reads the speed wrong. Way off on speed.

      Kills the event

      The radar is very inconsistent and way off calibration. You get what you pay for. If it worked everytime I could deal with it and use it for our players, but having to stop and check it just ruins our practices. Spend the money and buy a good quality radar set up!

      Not sure if the product was bad or the company who sent it. The product was dusty when I received it and the product box was broken inside, like it was repackaged. Product never worked right when I tried it several times.

      Ok, trouble with buttons

      Had to open the box and insert a small tapepice, buttons is OK now. before this fix I had to press extremely hard to make a response. Now its normal. I do not know if this is by design or maybe just my item. Works OK.
