I emailed seller what had happened and he replied his shipping person should have used a beefer box. I could tell when item arrived that fedX didn't care about the package. The unit had a couple of dents in the chassis and a few of the plugs we're knocked loose. Radio tuned up great and worked as seller advertised. I would buy from this seller again with assurances the item is well boxed up.
