There were some issues with tracking number, I never received a valid tracking number, which made it difficult to plan around work to sign for its arrival, but the seller helped communicate when it would arrive. That was the biggest issue, and the seller was very responsive and helpful through the whole thing. The unit is way better than I thought, it arrived flawless and looks great. They told me I would have to send units back , wait during shipping , wait on new unit to be shipped and I told them that isn’t a option we have installer lined up and must have units to install . I provided all proof they asked for but no one will help me there . I had to pay to have their units repaired because they wouldn’t help me resolve. I asked for a partial refund to pay for repairs they ignoring me now .
